El Hadj Danfa, a trusted advisor, certified career and executive coach with dual master's degrees in international economics and business administration, has cultivated a rich tapestry of expertise from prestigious institutions like the University Pierre Mendes France and the University of Science and Technology of Lille in France, as well as La Sorbonne. He also holds a certificate in financial planning from the University of Quebec and a securities course from the Canadian Securities Institute
His journey encompasses diverse leadership roles, as Chief Import Compliance Operations at Natural Resources Canada and Vice Chair of the Canadian Advisory Council on Energy Efficiency. With a 15- year tenure in the Canadian federal public service, El Hadj's strategic acumen and deep knowledge of public sector management were showcased in key positions such as Deputy Director of Planning, Performance, and Knowledge Management at Foreign Affairs Canada and Project Director for the Haiti Tax Mobilization Support Project.
Beyond borders, El Hadj's global impact includes a role as a consultant for the World Bank in Haiti, collaborating with international bodies like USAID, World Bank, IMF, European Union, and IADB. He also worked as a financial advisor and credit specialist at several Canadian financial institutions including Desjardins and the Royal Bank of Canada. His experiences in the Middle East, Haiti, Colombia, Afghanistan, and Pakistan have not only expanded his global perspective but also equipped him with tactical skills to navigate complex economic, political, and financial terrains.
Today, as a trusted advisor, executive coach and master facilitator from the Center for Executive Coaching in Florida, El Hadj channels his wealth of experience into shaping leaders. His approach, rooted in astute project management, strategic planning, and profound cross-cultural understanding, defines him as a leader who forges alliances, fosters growth, and guides organizations to unparalleled success.
On his free times El Hadj loves to travel and discover new places and cultures (visited more than 30 countries in 4 continents). He is a Karate black belt and an instructor for kids.
Lesly Côme-Corneille, Director of Human Resources and associate partner of El Hadj, is involved in facilitating and designing the leadership workshops. Lesly continued her studies in mainland France, graduating with a Master's degree in Human Resources from the École supérieure des sciences économiques et commerciales (ESSEC) in Paris. She holds certification in the AEC DISC Color Method, which enables her to use and distribute psychometric tests.
She uses them as part of individual coaching and workshops on team building and self-awareness. This approach is based on the Arc En Ciel DISC profile, derived from the original DISC questionnaire designed by the Cleaver Company, which has been distributed worldwide in millions of copies for over 60 years.
She has also completed specialized training in equity, diversity and inclusion, led by Université Laval in Quebec City.
